Cloud One users can access SAP Business One without limits, 24/7, 365 days a year, in their offices, at home, or on the way.
Cloud One is powerd by Citrix virtualization platform, a powerful and reliable technology which allows users to access the SAP Business One application from any device that can be connected to the Internet.
Only Internet access is required to connect with SAP Business One provided by Cloud One. You can connect via wi-fi, mobile or wire connection.
You can connect with Cloud One from various devices and operating systems:
- Windows Mobile
- Apple Mac OS
- Apple iOS
To establish a connection with Cloud One, you will have to download and install Citrix receiver, small plug-in in to your Internet browser. In case that you already have Citrix receiver on your device, you are ready to connect.
To download Citrix receiver, go to Citrix download page and follow the instruction for installation.
Should you witness any issue while opening SAP Business One application - please check if the ports 80, 443, 1494 and 2598 are not blocked in your network.
