SAP Business One 8.81 is so-called "minor release". This means it is a partial improvement of the system based on the latest main version SAP Business One 8.8.
Recurring Activities
With SAP Business One 8.81 you can create, display, search, update, close and delete recurring activities for frequent or routine interactions with your business partners.
These interactions include phone calls, meetings and activities around tasks. Recurring activities are displayed in calendar according to the type of their entry and are supported by Microsoft Outlook Integration.
Re-opening Quantities in Orders
Credit notes in Sales and Purchase now allow changing quantities of items in the original order - when creating returned order or pre-orders, or invoices based on orders.
Purchase Quotations
Purchase quotation is a new document in the area of Purchase in SAP Business One. It is used in order to gain offers from vendors, under given conditions such as price, delivery date, quantity of goods or services you intend to buy. You can create a single purchase quotation for one vendor or use a wizard of generating purchase quotations in order to create a multiple purchase quotations for different vendors to acquire one purchase.
Moreover, you can record vendor conditions into the purchase quotation and use a comparison statement to acquire the best offer for requested supply.
Purchase Confirmation
The window Purchase confirmation is replaced by Purchase confirmation wizard that can be used to crease one or more orders or purchase quotations from vendors´ orders.
Recurring Transactions
For recurring transactions such as weekly delivery notes for the same customer you can define templates of recurring documents for sales, purchase, or stocks in SAP Business One.
Modification of Cost Accounting
Advanced features of cost accounting allow you to:

This extension simplifies analysis of cost accounting based on projects.
